It just went from a bright and clear to a rapidly darkening clouded sky. I even had to turn on the lights inside to see the keys on my keyboard. Not that I need to see those, as I type mostly blind anyway (hence all the errors, lol), but wind has picked up as well and I think a storm is coming up. I for one won't be too sorry to see it start raining, as it was pretty hot again today.
Now, for something completely different... do you know the expression "shit hits the fan"? Well, I think I got a pretty good visual representation of it half an hour ago. Luckily it wasn't shit and it wasn't a fan, but as I was juicing fruits and veggies in my juicer, I made a little mistake. I was doing carrots and forgot to put the lid back on when I pushed the button : carrot pulp splattered all over the place. You may know that carrots are quite good at staining things, including (but probably not limited to) t-shirts, pants, socks, microwaves, cupboards, floor tiles, ceilings and ironing boards. Those are all the elements where I found carrot pulp after my little mishap.
Note to self : put the lid on before pressing the start button!
