Today was good and interesting. Stuff I gotta do tomorrow : find a shop that carries sea salt and buy some, work out a draft copy of a paper, shop for food and stuff.
Sounds simple enough, wouldn't you say? Let's hope so!

If you can't find sea salt, in some cases kosher salt can be used as a substitute.

Thanks for the tip, Vicky, although I think that if I'm having a hard time getting my hands on sea salt, I'll have an even harder time finding kosher salt.
Going by this tip of yours, I presume you also know why it would be used?

It could be used for a number of different reasons. Cooking or ritual use being two. I usually get mine at the health food store. Although some of the major food stores carry kosher salt.

Ah, yes... I guess that would be two uses for it indeed. Now, I don't know any major store over here carrying kosher salt, unless maybe if I headed off to the Jewish neighborhood in Antwerp. To be honest, I've never looked into it, because I had no need for it before. Regular salt would work too, but only if I can't find sea salt, as that is slightly softer.
I've got a health shop closer by though, and they should have sea salt.
